How to Create and Edit Example Documents in Drafts

In this video, you’ll learn how to quickly create Example Documents to streamline your workflow.

Creating a New Example Document

  • Navigate to Drafts > Example Documents

  • Click on +New Example Document

Note: There is currently no cap on the number of Example Documents you can create.

💡Will my Example Document respect or preserve formatting such as fonts, spacing, colors, and headings? Not at this time. Example Documents do not retain visual formatting like fonts, spacing, colors, or headings. They will follow your voice and writing style only. We’re actively working on expanding Example Document capabilities in future updates.

Editing an Existing Example Document

Navigate to Example Documents > Click on the Example Document to edit.

To delete a Example Document, click on the three dots (...) next to the Example Document and select Delete.

Note: Deleted Example Documents cannot be restored.
